    Hi Folks,

    I think I have found a (possible) solution. At least it works for me!

    My Steps:
    1. Uninstall TVServer
    2. Firmware update
    3. BETA Driver Update
    4. Re-Install TVServer (used MySQL 5 (!!!) instead of SQL Server 2005)
    5. Updated satellite list
    6. Channelscan -> everything found!

    Maybe the piece of shit called MSSQL makes some troubles. Nice to know that my feeling was right and I should have installed MySQL from the beginning. MSSQL is to hate, hated it whilst programming on MSSQL-Servers and still do now, like it seems :)

    Possible pointer:

    I have had many scan problems in the past with Floppydtv cards and they were almost always related to card or CAM hang-ups. IMPORTANT NOTE: A REBOOT OR PC POWER DOWN DOES NOT CYCLE POWER ON YOUR TUNER CARDS.

    As these are powered by the 5v on the Firewire you must remove the power cable from the main supply for at least 10 seconds. Only then have you power cycled the Floppydtv tuner cards. I have lost days on this in the past and now routinely power cycle the tuner cards whenever I am doing a fresh setup - never have problems now. I have two FloppyDTV cards and a Technotrend all working fine.
