I just started using My TVSeries and i love it. The only thing that i don't like about it that it's using thetvdb.com for ratings.

Is there a way to manualy change the rating to IMDB rating or anyother website? I tried using the plugin configuration, but when i change the rating for any series i get the execption error.

Signup with username and password to http://trakt.tv then download the Trakt plugin for mediaportal and put your user/password details in. You will also need to configure the plugin for the plugins you use such as TVSeries. There is options to enable ratings after you finish watching.

The trakt plugin also keeps your watched history and ratings in sync plus many more useful features.

    Thanks.
But what i meant is to use IMDB scores (the average of scores that people have given to a TV Series) in My TVSeries plugin. I used IMDB+ plugin to get the Info/Rating of my movies from IMDB, I wanted to know if there's a similar plugin to do that for My TVSeries.

Well, the TVSeries configuration has the option to import global site ratings from trakt.tv which is a hell of a lot better than thetvdb.com (probably not as good as IMDb.com). That option will only work if you have the trakt plugin and an account setup.

The trakt plugin will look after syncing of user data. If you want the site ratings imported into your tvseries database then you will need to enable the option in the tvseries configuration (its a little hidden away). After you enable the option, start MediaPortal and run an import from the side menu, it may take a while the first time depending on how many series you have but it will refresh them on an on going basis.
