It is my EPG settings that is wrong.
There was 3-4 different EPG plugins in the 3rd party settings, so they got me confused !?
Should I use all 3 plugins to grap EPG, or only 1.

And I dont know what Channel Combine, and channel mapping is ?

There is comprehensive documentation to all of this in the wiki. If you spend a little time going through it, it will be a big help to you.

Since I don't know what type of TV you are using, and in which region, it isn't possible to say how you should configure your EPG.

It feels to me, based on your comments in this thread, that you are trying to do too much too soon by adding in plugins and configuring options that you don't understand.

MediaPortal is highly configurable. This is a strength and a weakness. Take it steady and it will pay off.

For the EPG, assuming you are using DVB-T, I would try enabling EPG in your tuner. Then MP will simply download the data from the DVB stream.

You really only want one source of EPG data, or they will conflict.

Try turning it off and using the EPG grabber from your TV card.

Turning OFF Web EPG seems to work better..

So with EPG i did record some shows, no problem.
But today I tried to see some of the show I did record, and half way into the recording my computer freeze 100%
The sound make a BZZZ and the machine is totally frozen.

No other solution than switch off power and turn on again.
After reboot, i started the recording again, and same thing happens!

Is there any simple answer why I have so much problems?
Is other people actually having a 100% working Mediaportal computer without troubles??

Can my CPU/RAM/Mainboard be to old for this system?

There is nothing strange in the logs this time. No more errors. (except you missing a skinfile -> common.osd.buttons.xml)

Are you sure you disabled WebEPG completely? There is still:

Yep I did remove WEB EPG from the Plug in List !
Dont know what more I can do beyond that.

The fact that other ppl have 100% working MP is what keep me testing more.
But what can be my main reason ?

TV-Card is pretty new.
But mainboard, and CPU is maybe to small (not compatible?)

Mostly all plugin works OK now.
My TV DVB-S is the biggest problem..
It takes pretty long time to swap between channels.
It sometimes freeze when swapping channels.
Many times it says: "channel is scrambled" try once more and it work.

Are you using MP 1.2.3? There were some changes to TSReader.ax which could improve TV handling.
Else you can try different TSReader.ax from here -> https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/threads/experimental-tsreader-development.102693/#post-811296
Best is to start tests with TsReader_noStopMod50.zip or TsReader_noStopMod54.zip.

Just make a backup of your existing TSReader.ax and replace it with the new one.
