Is there an import for *.nfo files integrated now?

It might be useful to document the nfo format within wiki, to make it easier and more straightforward for devs to implement it.
    Things like
    • tag mapping,
    • standard file format and variations that differ from standard as a result from various software implementations
    • file patterns for nfo files and artwork including folder structure
I prepared columns for the tag mapping within
    http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/2_...ncepts/Metadata_system/1_MediaAspects/4_Movie and
    http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/2_...cepts/Metadata_system/1_MediaAspects/5_Series

The format and details that are not obvious can be described here:
    http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/2_...ment/3_Concepts/Metadata_system/NfoFileFormat

Fixed, I think. Certainly the vintage MP2 installer that I was using no longer installs the LAV filters. I can only assume that these were never part of the install package itself, but rather downloaded during the install, and that link no longer exists. Shame that the installer doesn't indicate this. Last time when I installed the...

Update: Problem solved! The electronic program guides (tvguide.xml) have been successfully transferred to MediaPortal. The issue stemmed from the corruption of one or both of the mc2xml.dat and/or mc2xml.exe files, for an unknown reason. Consequently, even though the tvguide.xml file appeared to be updated, its content kept being an...

you are right.. I spotted why it's not working. For what ever reason, the 3x recently added / watched for TV series, etc was killing it.. I've removed it for now and it's started working again. I'll have to dig a little deeper as to why it's happened all of a sudden.
