This is possible.
Define logo rules for genres and itll display them in list mode (if your skin supports this AND you have ticked "Append first logo in listmode").
You can also choose to display grouped views (such as genres) in a diff. style (config option: display group views graphically). This should work in all skins and (im not sure there) regardless of the setting.
If you only want your genre logos displayed in the view (and not for instance while browsing episodes), edid the logo rule and choose: display: only in grouped listing.
