I have a non-genuine MCE remote and about the only buttons that work are up/down/left/right/OK. I still need to use the keyboard to navigate out of fullscreen video as the remote doesn't generate an ESC on any buttons (it generates a backspace when the Back button is pressed).

So I have a couple of questions :

1 - Is EventGhost supposed to work with version MP 1.0.0.0 RC1? It didn't seem to.
2 - The "genuine" MCE remote doesn't look like it's available in Australia. I don't want to go through the hassle of buying one from the UK if it's going to be as big a wast of space as the Chinese carp I have now. Again, for 1.0.0.0 RC1, should buttons like back, stop, play etc work on a genuine Microsoft remote?

Thanks

I couldn't connect to the new TV Server from my old single-seat installation running 32-bit until I changed all MP-related firewall rules on the new machine to Private. Before I did...

Hi. I was probably being a bit fast and loose with my terminology. I meant "somewhere within the files that MP2 uses in its database". Anyway, I found a way to do this which was far from automated but relatively low effort. I found what looked like all the images (CD covers, DVD covers, backgrounds etc all lumped together in...

4.5 is really old. I'm not sure 4.5.5 even is a version that actually existed. You should be able to install .NET Framework 4.8.0 on Windows 7 SP1
