On which log verbosity level do I have to run MP for the tv.log?

Doesn't matter. The debug that I'm interested in will be written to the log no matter what debug level you set it on...

I have installed the new dll and scanned for radio stations. First on high sensitivity (found 4) and later on medium sensitivity (found 5, but one was only static). So no success for me! There are a lot more stations on the cable.

Radio is tuning perfectly (more that 50 radio stations) on my
Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-2200, by using mm1352000's patch.

    Driver Date: 11/Jun/2010
    Driver Version: 7.9.1.28162

It doesn't look like you have applied my patch properly. The symptoms you describe are exactly the symptoms I had *before* I applied the patch. I also don't see any of the debug entries that should be in the log.

    Please follow these instructions:
    1. Stop TV Server.
    2. Make a backup of the TVLibrary.dll in your TV Server install folder.
    3. Delete your tv.log.
    4. Download and unzip the TVLibrary.dll from the patch into your TV Server install folder.
    5. Start TV Server.
    6. Try tune/scan for channels.
