Heavy tearing and frame skipping with TV (3 Viewers)

    A little frame skipping is here too. :(
    The mpeg2 encoder (it need for MP) will work after trial period expires (but windvr wont work).

    It is acceptable for me if time shifting is enabled. But I found that the file size created is quite big (around 3GB / hr) :(
