HELP: Configuration is failed after update to MP 1.01 (1 Viewer)

After update MP from 1.0 to 1.01, MP can be running. but the configuration is not be initialized.?
please help me!!!

Remove 3rd party plugin dll's on a temp basis to see if it helps.
