And, in response to many questions rising in this thread, I would like to show my point of view.
a) Once you have a table with a list of TV channels in your area (I had one made for me for personal uses, but there are a lot of sites in the internet) making a text formula to generate the XML file using excel of OpenOffice Calc is trivial. That is what I did.
b) Of course I have different frequencies depending on where my antenna is pointed to. I solve it by merely duplicating entries (may channels for same TV or many TVs in same channel).
c) I've seen some XMLs from Pinnacle in the thread. An option for importing such xmls (and any other from the different DVB card/soft vendors) would be great.
