Does your program not work with MediaPortal 0.2.2.0 because i get error that it can't find some file?

I have tried TVSetup2XML.exe on a other computer with MediaPortal 0.2.0.0 and i've got the same error. About six month ago i used the program before with no problems.

The error is:

can't find file or assembly Databases, Version=1.0.2303.31545 Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null

I'm realy stupid, i forget to put it in the same dir with medaportal.
