I can only watch TV using mpv. but i have heavy stuttering if i switch on the tv programm or the mini epg. with every other codec (powerdvd etc.) picture and sound has heavy stutteing.
HELP US: Testing the new filter (2 Viewers)

I would assume that this stuttering is not related to the TsReader but it's happening also with the TSFileSource?

Yes with tsfilesource it is the same. But with tsreader it seems to be a little bit better.
it seems i found the problem why tsreader can't play ma MPEG-2 tsfiles
with muxxed audio. Tsreader seems to have problem with PID 11 for
Video ... i changed the PIDS from 11 and 14 to 21 and 24 and now the
file seems to play. But now i have some issues after installing the newest
SVN, now i no movie from the database starts playing ...

My last post isn't completely correct. Not the PIDs seem to be the problem.
The reason why the file afterwards played has to do with something which
gets fixed if you use for example VideoReDoPlus with quickstreamfix feature.
Does somebody know what HDTV2MPEG-2 maybe changed within the tsfile ???
For all my MPEG-2 tsfiles which i have muxxed i used HDTVtoMPEG-2 for getting
rid of the nullpakets, splitting and joining.
But at the moment it seems that tsreader has problems with these files, tsfilesource
not but there i have other issues with EVR and some h264 files
So somebody has an idea what HDTV2MPEG-2 changes or VdeoRedoPlus changes
back, maybe there could be an update for the tsreader to also support these file ...

within the tsfile. A littlebit strange is that with this file MP takes the
Elecard Audio decoder and with the same file after VideoReDoPlus it
uses the AC3Filter. Could this be related to the point that the file
originally has 2 audiotracks and VideoReDoPlus can only handle one,
so the file afterwards consists of only one audiotrack ?

Is someone of developers looking into coreavc v1.5.x decoder problem with h264 streams (only showing about one eigth of the picture - top left corner)?

Coreavc developers are saying that it's the bug in TSreader and not in codec but that they are working on workaround for it anyway but without time schedual.

From CoreAVC forum: "Again... i'd like to state the issue is _NOT_ CoreAVC but TSReader... we are just creating a work around for their issue."
Would be helpful if they could tell what's the issue as they will most likely know it already if they are able to create a workaround for it.
At least I don't have an access to CoreAVC codec, so I cannot do currently anything for this issue. :sorry:
