Fresh install won't work properly. Don't know where to look either. Attached the logs below.

    Logs say you're using component video and RCA (red + white) audio. Is that correct?

    Hmmm, odd. With an HD-PVR, the errors you're getting (PMT not found) usually indicate that video/audio is not being received. If the set top box is hooked up and channels are configured correctly then the only thing I can suggest is check that the set top box is actually delivering video/audio.
