How to setup MCE remote for kmplayer, media player classic, powerDVd and Mediaportal (2 Viewers)

Help needed re an MCE Remote and Power DVD 9. I have everything working fne apart from on very irritating issue. If PowerDVD is not running and I launch a stored .iso DVD image it loads and runs , I can stop it stat it fast forward, reverse etc etc no problem. It will stop but the application does not close but displays a screen with a rating and buttons to resume etc etc - these also work from the remote BUT I have to use a mouse to close the application because if I try to launch a different .iso file Power DVD wont run it until I have closed the post screen display down. I have tried add in the CLOSE command to the parameter for the player but then nothing will even load. Any ideas welcomed.

I have MCE remote and XP SP3 pro with MP 1.0.0 and i get only basic (keyboard emulated keys) working volume mouse cursor, clicks arrows > < Up Dwn Esc Back etc.
no rewind and others. So looks like IR service is doing nothing only HID driver working and sending keyboard keys to MP when it is on focus . No custom keys mapping working. Same way it is with IR server stopped....
I followed all instructions that I fond at this forum adm on the net but no result.
Please somebody explain how to set it us.
