How to use 16:9 stretch? (1 Viewer)

Sorry for double-posting.
Your answer however did not fully solved the problem.
It works perfect on movies/series episodes that has an ratio of 4:3. But when the movie has a wider image than 16:9 (lord of the rings for example) it stretches out to fill the whole screen. It would be really great if there was some way to implent the 16:9 to MP usual picture proportion settings.
Edit: I used the ffdshow option.
