If you renamed the files for the comic series so they have the correct series name at the start i dont think you would have the problem?

    Buffy.The.Vampire.Slayer.S08E03.The.Long.Way.Home.(3).MOTION.COMIC.720p-HD.AC3-2.0.x264-DEMENTA.mkv

    should be more like

Buffy the Vampire Slayer The Motion Comic.S08E03.The.Long.Way.Home.(3).MOTION.COMIC.720p-HD.AC3-2.0.x264-DEMENTA.mkv

Indeed, mastyman is correct. Unless we add prefer folder names for series then you have to make sure that your series names between your series are unique. In your case, the importer is using the filenames to parse the series as it contains everything it needs from that.

Just FYI, I renamed Buffy The Vampire Slayer: The Motion Comic's file names and it now imports without any problems. I didn't try reimporting the original series at the same time though. Also, I checked my plugins\windows folder, and there's no duplicate dll files (if this was still of interest).

    Thanks fellas.
