Installing plugins on server without client (1 Viewer)

Hi

To me it looks like MPEI is not installed when installing only TV-Server. This means that I cannot install MPEI plugins without first installing the client on my server.

Is this intended?

Hello all.
I just want to bring up this thread to the top again, because my new dedicated TV server needs to be enhanced with the main TV server plugins (powerscheduler++, backup, etc.).

Any workaround/ how-to/ hint?

I would really like to hear a reply on this as well. I've had to install a full single-seat installation of MP 1.3RC on my server just to have MPEI available for plug-in installation and updates.
I would love to be able to install MPEI files and get updates on an exclusive MP Server installation.

Hi.
The Mpeinstaller needs a lot of the MP core to work, so it's not possible to install/use it without MP client. Most of the TVServer- plugins you can install nevertheless on an Server only setup. You need to read the forum threads about the plugins. Normally there is a description how to install without client.
