This information is not enough for me to do it, sorry.

No news. Do you have this problem with both evr and vmr renderers?

Looks like the border settings is handled differently for external .srt and embedded ASS subtitles. See attached screenshots for one srt and one ass subtitle. I think that the srt sub is rendered correctly and the ass is too wide.

I have the same problem with mvk h.264 movies only. The movie begins with no stuttering but after about 5 minutes it begins to stutter (I can clearly see it in panning scenes).

If I remove the subtitles patch I have no problems.

Is there some kind of log I can post to troubleshoot the problem?

    I use the following codecs:

    - Cyberlink powerdvd8 h.264 decoder (tried also with mpc with the same results)
    - mpa audio decoder with passthrough to spdif

Tried also with reclock with no results.

Do you get it with any ASS subtitle, or with only this one?

Are you using evr renderer? Can you try it with vmr9 renderer, to see if it makes a difference?

You're right. It doesn't happen with all ASS subs. It looks like this is the script line causing the error:
    Code:
    ScaledBorderAndShadow: yes
If I change it to no and remux the subtitle file back into the mkv it displays correctly. Is it possible to override this setting?
