    Great work, but why should i build such a crazy hdd bracket?! It seems quite hard to change the disks in this case...

    Agreed, would be better if they slotted in and you could hot swap them. I guess his way would be easier to build though, you don't have to support and fix 8 seperate SATA and power connectors.

    Not a bad idea at all, really like the design, wouldn't mind buying something like that with a couple of changes.

    - Like you've mentioned I'd want it to be easier to swap out the drives.
    - Better cooling for the HDDs, perhaps by adding fans across the top of the case.
