Re: iPhone interface for MediaPortal (iPiMP) - 4.0.2

If your MediaPortal client is powered off then you can send a Wake On LAN command via IPiMP to power on the PC if it supports it.
Thanks for info, but unfortunatly my setup doesn't support it. Not too bad. I configured MP to start at boot, so it will be available on reboots, etc.
Another one:
Does "auto fill" feature work for you at login screen? It's not working for me. The button is click'able but nothing happens?
And just saw that you can place a Button for iPiMP on home screen. Nice!

No autofill doesn't work for either, I think it's a bug I'm the WebApp.net framework I use. Just use the Remember Me switch to save your login details in a cookie, that way you don't have to keep logging in.

The homescreen button allows you to launch iPiMP as a fullscreen web app, making it more like a native one.

iPhone interface for MediaPortal (iPiMP) - 4.1.0

iPiMP 4.1.0 is released with the fixes for the defects found so far in 4.0.2, various customisations have been added as well as Moving Pictures support (needs Moving Pictures 1.0 Beta 1+) and the ability to add a manual TV schedule.

There is a new section on the wiki which describes the various administration settings.

There is also a version compiled for MP 1.1 SVNs - this hasn't been fully tested though as I am not running this on my live system yet.

Change log
Download here
The Wiki (including install instructions) has also moved to the Google code site
The source is up on Google code

to help support continued iPiMP development

Hi cheezy,

thank you for this app.
I hav big troubles to connect to the client (on the same pc as the server).
The interface says "Kann nicht verbinden".
I'm using MP 1.0.2. and your last version of iPiMP.

Thanx!

zombiee77 - Have you installed and enabled the client plugin?

Also - can you read the troubleshooting section of the wiki and post some logs.

Nato - It's in the tips and tricks section of the wiki.

Re: My H.264/AAC encode: I will upload a new version when I get my HTPC back from the shop (I fried the CPU while cleaning last night)... and maybe to a different file sharing place.

Re: Handbrake to be included in next release....

This is AWESOME!

What is the ETA for the 'next' release? Calendar Quarter 2 2010?

While I'm asking... do you have an ETA for live transcoding?

Thanks again...
