Quick Q: Does the Moving Pictures module in iPIMP 4.1 show the PIN restricted movies? or are the hidden by PIN in iPIMP too?

Yes - iPiMP shows all Moving Pictures movies. I'll see if I can add the pin protection in.

Yes - iPiMP shows all Moving Pictures movies. I'll see if I can add the pin protection in.

Thanks! I'll hold off from 4.1 for now then. If you cant add the PIN protection, then simply hiding them would be fine!

You can still go 4.1 and disable Moving Pictures - there's an option in the settings section of the app now. (It's in the wiki )

very nice work on this app,
also very nice to hear that handbrake will be supported soon.
1 question about this is . . Will I be able to use an older version of handbrake ? As I usually use an avi container so I can remove ads easily as on the latest versions of handbrake they have removed this ( avi container ) I think the last version to have this is 0.72 or 0.73

unless any one knows of a good mkv or mp4 cutter / joiner that works without having to re-encode

You should probably be able to use an older version of handbrake. I'll be deploying the 0.94 CLI version and allowing users to select one of the presets or enter custom command line parameters. Did 0.7x come with a CLI version?

Hi cheesy ,
If it is easy enough and possible to do could you add an option in the power options to restart mediaportal not restart the whole pc as every now and then mediaportal freezes and would be great if I could select restart Mp .
