Yes, the extra logging can cause glitches in the stream.

the tests with my test-machine are quiet good
but on my main-machine, there are no tvservices crashes, but often it is not possible to timeshift
or to find the channels ???

maybe you can find the error.....

It looks like you were testing/tuning channels while scanning. That will mess up the scan results.
Please delete all DVB-IP (SAT>IP channels), then scan again.
Do not attempt to view or record any channels on the test or main PC until the scan completes.

How can i increase the timout for tuning encrypted channel?
Sometimes i get timouts, when zapping encrypted channels. At next try, it works....

Which timeout? (PMT, signal lock, wait for audio/video...)

I suggest you provide new log files showing the problem so that I can give you the correct advice.
[edit: Please specify the date and time that the problem occurs to make it easy for me to find it in the log files.]
