Ok... found a bug... hopefully this will fix the issue....

No change in behaviour for me with the latest dll. Pad works to control the mouse only (no keyboard cursor function), esc, enter, left click, right click, and rest of keys around the pad work with the exception of the mouse/keyboard toggle. And numbers work. No other keys work.

I think I'm going to find this very handy as I'm just about to move away from the Hauppauge remote and begin using an MCE remote via the iMON in my Antec Fusion v2 - I take it I will need to follow identical steps, even though I'm using the MCE remote as it is more to do with the way the iMON receiver sends the signals than the type of remote being used, yes?

I love your plugin but I am still having problems. I am using version 1.4.2RC1, the Imon receiver on my Antec Fusion case and a Harmony remote acting an MCE remote. I dont have any imon software on my computer and the IR Server suite will detect the IR receive and works with the remote using the abstract model. The issue is that the receiver will simply stop working and if I use the debug client it will be constantly receiving Imon (2060) "RemoteEvent.Notify which seems to block it from receiving signals from the remote. Sometimes if I hit a button multiple times I will see it go through on the debug client. There is a know issue with the Fusion VFD/IR Receiver locking up and this could be the cause of the problems. The only way for me to stop the constant (2060) signal is to power down the computer and unplug the power supply. I would love anyone else who is using this setup to share any solutions. If you want me to post a log file I will do so.

Hi Aaron

Good to see you are back.

Regarding the reinitialization of the Transator settings I think it's caused by my system setup. To keep my PC clean I have batch script during start up that clears the temp folders. I think this is causing some trouble with Translator. Please find my logs included.

Great to see you back. Hold on to this change for the moment. I was testing at the time and was probably running HIP at the same time as IR Server Suite; I think that can result in some problem with MCE devices. Just let me check with HIP disabled and re-confirm the port behavior.

Sorry for the delay. I disabled HIP and tried it. It worked perfectly from either port. One strange thing though: if I choose ALL as the port, then nothing happens. Choosing Port 1 or Port 2 works fine.

I feel Guilty

Hi all, particularly Aaron, reason for guilt is because I'm not using this Utility with MP.

I'm using it with GBPVR, it works, great, when it works, but often on a reboot it gets lost, a simple re-install makes it work again.

I'm currently running preview 7 of 1.4.2. but have tried all previews of this up to current from .3 and tried 1.0.4.1 before.

But always same problem.

I've followed all the install details given here:

GBPVR Documentation Wiki - Tips - IRServer.

Guilt again as not an MP thing but couldn't find you anywhere else.

Also to you all you other PC based PVR users out there, respect!

I may have taken a different path but...........

My HTPC case is GMC AVC-S1 with iMon VFD OEM Type C
I am using MediaPortal 1.0.0.0 RC1, IR Server Suite - Test Build 1.4.2 RC1, IR Server Suite - Test Build 1.4.2 RC1 - MP Control Plugin update, IR Server Suite - Test Build 1.4.2 RC1 - Imon update and CybrDisplay - External Display Driver package by CybrMage.

Front panel volume knob is combined with the pushbutton for mute operation. IR Server (in Debug client) does not react to this button, but file iMonHidReceiver.log contains the information on this button.

hi

i have an imon lcd with imon remote.

i have installaed the software, so i have downloaded imon patch reporter in the first page (replaced 3 files into ir server suite installtion folder and the other one in application data).

NOW i have done the following

1) i open ir server suite
2) i have 2 IMON voices into menu BOTH ONLY RECEIVER !!!

is it normal ? where can i specigy that i want to use imon REMOTE with imon receiver ?
