ISTR that someone fixed this in an earlier/different build of the MCE Transceiver Code (along with a resume problem) - could this not be incorporated in the standard version?

Don't know if you need the .dll, but if you go back one page cpp2005 posted it there.

As cpp2005 is now a Portal Developer, I sent him a note asking to update the patch to current code and do the commit.

I've tried 1.4.2.2975 but still no support for USB UIRT, just like any other version after 1.0.3.5. (Combined with Vista x64 only maybe?)
Reverted back to 1.0.3.5 which again works as a charm (Yet unstable, which is why i would love to see it fixed in the newer versions..)

Which reminds me i should donate a bit again

I'm willing to do any checking required for you by the way.
Worth noting is i also have a MCE Transceiver in the mediacenter, however disabling it in device manager, rebooting and then trying again didn't make any difference. As mentioned the USB UIRT works in 1.0,3,5 as well as the latest Girder version but not in the versions since 1.04.1 (Cant check 1.0.4.0 as i cant find that one)

I have a Hauppauge PVR 150 and I can't for the life of me get it to work as there doesn't seem to be a transmit checkbox for Hauppauge. I read in another thread that it wasn't initailly supported and you seemed to be doing work on it but wondered if it never came back to a conclusion?

I've been searching this thread and it seems like several people have asked the same question and gotten no response? Has anyone gotten the Hauppage remote to work with IRSS?

I know this is a busy thread but any word on how the Hauppauge remote can work with IRSS?

Please test attached files. You have to overwrite all of them with IRService/IRServer stopped.
I just did a blind guess + a bit more debug logging, so if it's not working I need your logs.

Thanks but isn't IRSS an external application that stands between MP and the remote control? I'm not sure what kind of logs you're talking about. The people who have posted problems like mine with the Hauppage remote say that they cannot program remote buttons in the IRSS Translator. When you go to program buttons for "whole system" or any application that you want it to control, it just times out. Are there logs that would go with that?
If you look at the thread here you'll see someone was told that the developers would look at it but nothing ever came of it, or at least if something was it was never posted clearly. I'm just wondering if there has been a resolution to this issue?

I'm refering to IRSS logs.
So please test yourself latest version, and if you find any issue give a step by step howto reproduce and attach those logs.

Chemelli i tried your files, however wih both the 1.4.2.2963 and 1.4.2.2975 versions USB UIRT does not show up in the inputservice configuration at all now, whereas earlier it did show up but did not detect.

I checked the inputservice configuration log but there is nothing to tell from there. (It looks exactly the same as before).
