IR Server Suite - Version 1.4.2 Test Build 3158/3281 (2 Viewers)

hi,

i've got some problems with all the 1.4.2 version on my windows 7 rc1 system - they won't work with my mce remote.
and since i had to reinstall my system i need the 1.0.4.1.xxxx build, but can't find it anymore.
can someone give me a hint where to find it or send it to me ?

i reinstalles 1.4.2 and it is still not working.
i'm not sure if i found the right log-file for the mce, but the attached on gives an error.
i am running win 7 rc1 x64.

ha, that is my error i posted above.
tried it under vista x64 and win7 x64 - both the same error.

thanks for the upload marcsulf.
the mce remote now works, but it seems the mp-plugin does not

i downloaded irss 2 weeks ago for the first time.
there were 2 downloads available on page one, i thought the older one was 1.0.4.1, but now i think it was just an older test-build of 1.4.2.
the newer one didn't work and the older one worked well.
that version didn't have the tray-icon of the server-configuration-tool, i think.
sorry to bother, but does someone have this version, i can't remember the version-number.
or is there a download-location for the older test-builds so i can try some ?

1.4.2.3015 won't.

:edit:
to make it work with mp 1.1.0.0 alpha i had to install 1.4.2.2627 and then from the latest build only the mp-control-plugin.

Clear & complete guide

I really appreciate all the work that has apparently gone into this suite but, it would be so much more useful if there were a complete guide to setting it up. I keep seeing references to this tool but no real understanding of exactly what it does or how to set it up or whether it is appropriate for my setup.

Care to explain what you mean here?
This sounds like it might help with the chronically sluggish response to RC, which I experience in MP.
