What is the best way in C# to determine if MP is currently running?

I'll answer my own question...
I'm using Process.GetProcessesByName("MediaPortal") to find if it's running. Does this sound okay ?

You can do it by mutex or by enumerating the running processes. The first method relies upon you knowing the correct path to the application, the second depends upon you knowing the assembly name. Neither method are fool proof. Code relating to these two methods can be found in mediaportal.cs, search for m_Mutex.
The app I wrote that launches MP in response to the green button on the MCE remote handles it by enumerating the top level windows, again not fool proof.

I know it's not nice hard coding in the process name, but I wouldn't have thought this is likely to change in the near future.
