Is there a need for a skin editor? (1 Viewer)

It was working for me on WinXP but notfor others on Win7.
So it needs some changes to work on Win7 at least.

For me (win7 x64) it works out of the box

Welll kinda... The thread was for a skin editor (create a skin with a wysiwyg ui), not a homescreen editor...
