Thanks. I didn't have the delete old programs checked. It is weird that it did work for quite a while and stopped working at a later stage.

At some point your xmltv grabber provided wrong title data for the programs (it could be some temporary failure of the site). Without the "delete old programs" option, those programs remain in the database until their End Time is in the past. Enabling the "delete old programs" option you make sure you always have fresh data after each import.

I had and still have EPG grabbing enabled, because when I turned them off, the freeview channels started lagging.
Haven't tried it after checking the delete old programs option.
Any thoughts on this?

It shouldn't be a problem as long as each channel's EPG is grabbed either through DVB or xmltv but not both.
