Awesome news, hopefully skins and plugins will be able to follow.

That is something I was wondering about. I figured out that you alread set MP2 as a derivative of team-mediaportal, so that MP1 might get a place there, too, but will community plugins be able to use our transifex project? That would really increase plugin consistency and make MP more professional again.

Anything is possible. It simply depends on the MP1 devs. Albert, morpheus and me made MP2 Transifex compatible. I personally don't have time or spent my resources on MP1. But that does not mean transifex is only for MP2.

If there is a solution for MP1 or it's plugins, it is not problem to create new projects at Transifex and configure them as "out-sourced" projects, so that language teams which already exists can be reused for new MediaPortal sub-projects.

    Cheers,
    Tommy

yes that is indeed what I did in that ticket. It may already be working without updating those plugins because most of it was not relevant to the plugin itself (test, some leftover unused parts etc).
