May or may not work with MP's inbuilt TV, depends whether it has been added in the capturecard definitions.
Should work ok in TVE3 (single\multi seat setup) if decent drivers are supplied by Leadtek.
Look here for a comparison between the two TV functions.
Personally use TVE3 on a single pc with MP installed, just in case you are confused with all the references to networking, takes a bit more installing but worth it.
Please look in documentation on Homepage to give you a guide in installing.

4.5 is really old. I'm not sure 4.5.5 even is a version that actually existed. You should be able to install .NET Framework 4.8.0 on Windows 7 SP1
