I was trying out the FFDShow DxVA codec with a recent SVN over the weekend and still had the resolution issue. I take it that part of the patch didn't make it into the RC?

Correct - it was deemed a re-work, and only bug fixes were allowed at the time.

The TsReader here - https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/780079-post59.html - has all patches to date.....
