Hi again lord.warlock
If the problem also occurs when playing the recording in MP like you've said then either the recording is affected (meaning it is a TV Server side problem) or both videos and TV are affected (meaning it is a general playback problem). Do you have VLC installed? If not, please install it for testing purposes. What happens if you play the recording you made in VLC? Do other videos and old recordings play fine in MP?
If the recording plays fine in VLC then I think the next step would be to investigate your codec and renderer settings.
If the recording has the same problems in VLC and old recordings and videos play well in MP then I would strongly suspect that the issue is MDAPI like Bolk has suggested. We've already said that there is no support for MDAPI on these forums, so I'm not sure what else could be done to resolve this. I honestly know absolutely nothing about MDAPI and I've never used it, but perhaps you can upgrade to the latest version or something like that?
mm
[Edit: on second thought, I guess there are a few other things that haven't been tried in TV Server settings like the network provider setting and using "stop graph" instead of "pause graph", however I don't *think* changing them will have any good effects since 1.1x used to work (with the same settings???). Anyhow, both of those settings are in the tuner properties (go to the tuner list, select a tuner, then click edit).]
