The Mediaportal language tool is the best actually !

Hi, can anyone update first post on how to make translations please? I'm following instruction but Language Tool is not able to open resx files I downloaded.
I want to translate both DeployTool and MP1.

RESX is for deploy tool.
search in this thread or forum, i have added link to external editor.
but i don't remember, where !
