...you're saying that you have seen a problem when testing with HD channels.

That is correct. By testing some days later the problem happened on every channel. All tuners were locked after few seconds by tuning under "Test Channels".

The errors in your error.log file at the start of the test could be due to trying to initialise the tuners at the same time.
This would be a driver issue.

I've used the same driver (2.0.0.18) as on my installation with MP 1.2.3. Were it works flawlessly.
So, i have not pulled the driver into consideration. Maybe i give the newer driver a try.

I have to admit that I'm not sure exactly what is going on.
Your logs contain strange tuner initialisation errors - different in each case.
Does the same thing happen if you initialise the tuners before starting the stress test?
You can do this by tuning 1 channel on each tuner using the manual control section.

So here are the new Log-Files.

I have initialised every single tuner separately. It worked flawlessly.
Then by 100 tunings under "Test Channels" i've got 7 tunings ignored.
