minidisplay uses log4net.dll 1.2.10.0 for framework2.0 when using the matroxorbital GX display (basicly the dll files from the driver has to be copied to the mediaportal directory).

TV Server / client uses the same version for framework 1.1

Basicly you have 2 choices, no display or no tv client / server on that pc.

    Joris.

No logs posted as it's just this one dll and it's pretty obvious. (can still post if wanted)

    Please,

if you need any more info let me know, i'll get as much as poss.

I'd really like to see this fixed as it now renders my display useless. (I know this should be low priority for mediaportal dev.)

If there is a config workaround I can do to point tvserver to it's own log4net.dll in another directory, that would work for me too ?

I just have no clue how to do that.

    Thanks,

    Joris.

    Joris,

thank you for point us to this.

Upcoming version of MP will have the 2.0 version.

Until this happens, is it possible to register both log4net.dll at same time?
