It takes about 2 hours to do a full scan on one of my tuners and it finds nothing

When scanning with the PRIME you should set tuning mode to "digital cable", as explained in the wiki. Scanning "ATSC digital terrestrial" is for people with an aerial, so not sure why you're doing that.

You will need to post new logs.

It looks like you are or were still scanning "ATSC digital terrestrial" despite what the wiki says and what I told you.
You also have only configured one out of three tuners correctly.

If I were you I would start over.
Go to the "TV Channels" section, select all the channels there and delete them.
Enable the CAM for all three of your tuners (you have one PRIME, but the PRIME has three tuners which have to be configured individually).
Then go back to the scan section and scan with mode set to "digital cable".
The scan should take between two to three minutes based on your previous log files and should find 602 channels.

Once you've scanned successfully with one tuner, you do not need to scan again:
Go to the mapping section:

Select PRIME tuner number two up the top, select all the channels on the left (select the first channel, hold down shift, then press end), then click ">>".
Repeat for PRIME tuner number three.

Now you should have all your channels listed in the "TV Channels" section and can move on to the next step.

What about MediaPortal is not working? I can't direct you to a guide if you can't tell me where you're stuck.

I can have my MP find my tunner but I need to turn on WMC on first to have it find my tuner. after that it finds it ... How do I get it to find it by its self also I did some messing arond and cut my sound off and I cant get it back. Also my epg guide is not working ... but it picks up channels great.

The EPG is a puzzle in a puzzle I'm gonna need some help. so far I see you have to pay for SchedulesDirect Plugin and I just got that. but I can't get it to work. Is it too much to ask can you grade these from easiest to hardest cause it was hard just to get my tuner working.
