Is this right with the " marks and spaces
    No. Totally wrong.
The one thing you have to change in that is the ZIPCODE part. Do not change anything else there.

Do I need to change this
Yes, that is the whole point of the tutorial! You need one '<Channel ...>' entry for each of the channels you want guide data for. The first part of the tutorial is describing how to create those entries. As it says:
In the imdb_com grabber file you need one channel entry in the for each station you want to grab, for example:

    <Channel id="KTVU-HD" siteId="KTVUDT" />

Channel id="KTVU-HD" is the channel ID MediaPortal found when it scanned channels
siteId="KTVUDT" is the channel in the IMDB listing (left column in listing)

To get your local Channel ids enable the WebEPG plugin, select WebEPG > TV Mappings, select a "Group" (Favorites, etc) and press "Import". The EPG Name column has the Channel ids for your channel group.

You can also select import/export, set the check box for "TV Groups" and export the info to a xml file to get a list of Channel ids in your channel groups. You can open the .xml file with a browser or notepad to copy/paste the Channel ids to your grabber file.

how do you set favorites when all there is a All Channels
"Favorites" is just the example group name used in the tutorial. If you only have "all channels", it means you haven't created any custom channel groups in the TV Channels section. It is okay to use "all channels".

When I do the above all I get are 5 channels with the Grabber Channel ID and Channels Name columns filled
Presumably that's either because you've only put 5 <Channel ...> entries in the www_imdb_com file, or because you've only got 5 channels in your "all channels" list.

When I do this section Download and Update EPG

    I get no channls
It looks like you've completely misunderstood the tutorial. I'd suggest you start over.

In the imdb_com grabber file you need one channel entry in the for each station you want to grab

Does this mean that I need about 500 enteries cause i get about 606 channles which are not all video

    HttpServer.dll
    MediaPortal.Utilities.dll
    UPnP.dll
Okay. Those files have to be replaced every time you reinstall or upgrade MediaPortal or TV Server... but they have nothing to do with EPG.

my www_imdb_com grabber was not up to date
    got this one now www_imdb_com_May2012.xml
That's wrong again. That is an older version. The www_imdb_com_Nov2012.xml version linked to the same post is the latest version.

did not do any of those
In which case why did you replace them again? I don't understand what was broken, and I strongly suspect that replacing these files did not fix it.
