[WiP] madVR support in MP1 (23 Viewers)

Another V119, it seems i didn't upload the right one sorry

On a very preliminary test with no options selected in Madvr general tab.

3D playback on first video worked perfectc. 3D detected, TV mode auto activated and 3d image in view.

Second 3D video. 3D mode properly detected in Madvr, Tv auto changed to 3D and video in 2D until mouse moved.

All 3D MVC videos where by first time properly 3D detected. None failed in detection and 3D image came after mouse movement.

On my testing (DEV PC), after stopping 3D video, i need to wait until starting a second one (the time 3D switch goes to OFF).
The second start works and so on

I have no clue why you need to move the mouse moving lol

Does DXVA works between channel change ?

I have tested under MP thanks to @Kotik

I just tested without hit STOP button.

1- Start 3D -> it goes to 3D (switch window to ON)
2- X key and start the same movie or another 3D mkv -> it goes to 3D (switch window to OFF)
3- X key and start the same movie or another 3D mkv -> it goes to 3D (switch window to ON)

So for me it seems that madVR (not sure) send a command to trigger the 3D swtich (so on second start the 3D command is send and lead to do 3D ON to 3D OFF)

But the mouse moving need is strange lol

With 119Bis I just tested (one after the other without restarting MP):

3 x Epic
3 x Cloudy with a blah blah
3 x Gravity

All worked perfectly, without the need for a mouse wiggle, so this is a fix for me over 117. I've left it running Interstellar while I post this.

2 new cool things I'm seeing in this build:

- Ambibox no longer crashes when 3d plays
- The films usually start when 3d is selected on the TV, instead of starting before the TV is ready. This looks much more slick, even if there is all the clunky res switching before/after

@kenwonders can u please post a screenshot of ur 3d settings in madvr "stereo 3d" page?

Also can u try playing the movies without stopping them?

I mean start a 3D movie and then press ESC go to the next 3D movie and start it on top of the 1st one.

See what happens and report back

I just noticed an issue with the latest rework lol
If MPC-HC subtitle engine is enable it will break 3D, because the D3D device is also init and kept the device so the second new correct D3D Device never comes.

I will correct this
