I have added a full installer in first post (should be equal as V4 mouse)

Yes .
I have 2 but for test only one cennected.

No improvement. Same condition.
MadVr reports the mode as 3d3D11 Full screen Windowed (3D)
Always its been like that but only to clarify. Nothing selected on Madvr General Settings tab or Enable windowed overlay, brings the same mode to madvr (the one that fails the 3D start).

Amusingly, no 3d on start, but 2nd play good Starting a new 3d without stopping the previous is still not working, though I see that the refresh is now correct and madVR thinks it's in 3d, but the AV amp says it isn't framepacked.

I really think you're being optimistic trying to resolve this one Seb I'm happy to help try though
