Same behavior...

also i recognized that some files are stuck at present queue at 1 in Madvr and the video does not play you can skip forward to see a picture but it won´t "play" its always like paused.

Can you upload logs with watchdog first option and latest madVR build V150 ?

Ps : Always try to post log, you can grab it if it was not started with watchdog

test on V150 Mod
ive fount on TV side a lot of blank screen during zap. this blank screen has audio working properly but no image and no mp GUI. MP is responsible all time and zap may continue normally, some times with image and some times blank. Madvr status doesent even appears.
3D mvc videos same behaviour. TV goes 3D madvr goes 3D and image 2D until mouse...
i get one blank image on vide and recovered after pause.
None of blank screen could be recovered by X button. Only on stop. then MP GUI reappears.

I'm looking the log but can you doing test and write the time
Does it happen on TV Zap from same tuner ?
Did you try exclusive mode off/on to see if it does something else ?
Maybe it happen on reconnect video pin output to madVR (when a change is detected like video format etc.)

test done between 19:38 and the log collection 19:43
Happens on ZAP regardless of tuner. its more probable on sd channel but also happens on HD.
it was on Windowed mode`(option "Enable windowed overlay")
On additional test found that:
On Exclusive its working properly
after going up and downw with different option finally mad vr crashed.

will repeat the test but from now, problem is in windowed.
Will revert nvidia drivers

yes confirmed.
On exclusive no blank screen only windowed.
With nothing selected on General settings tab i have also and madvr crash at 20:19 (you may see it 10 minutes before also before driver update.

Afther madvr crash MP still works but its unable to play any video as madvr will show the error shown in the picture attached.

I think it's the same crash i was getting when debugging and seems to be because the release failed and no clue how to fix that
I have try with nothing checked too and it didn't seems i can't reproduce the blank screen but maybe related to some channel setting like you said SD/HD/Interlaced or not etc.

I fear that we really need to add a timer somewhere to try to avoid such crash.

Ok Ive updated nvidia driver to last version. Originally installed the one Gigabyte has on his web page and seems to solve the problem. Need more testing.

Take my reports with caution.
Ill do more test and report. Im still not familiar with new GTX750ti and may be related to that.

just updated to the latest version you uploaded.

Btw. i recognized that when i activate 3D in Windows settings stereo 3D is also enabled in nvidia control panel.
