You can use normal TVS version, i have found the regression and reverted it (i didn't remember the correct version, so let me look)
Founded it, it's V166 where TVS should start in fullscreen (my version use my own API keys so i'm not sure if it will work when many users use it).

You know that i'm running my own build of MP but i also try the official madVR build and TVS and movpic start in fullscreen, but i didn't retry official TVS and Movpic.

1- Please try one by one BIN1 to BIN3.
2- Trying BIN4 (and with BIN4 and each BIN1 to BIN3 one by one).

BIN1 to BIN3 change when put owner madVR on top of MP exe on C++.
BIN4 put owner on C# side only.

Let's see what bin or comibnation of bin solve the issue (i hope)

Probably won't be till tomorrow, I wan't to go back to my old GPU first and don't want to risk that prior to peak viewing this evening. Thought that I could roll back the Aniversary update this afternoon but looks like the 10 days has expired.

here some logs from v168 with delay on and off

first v168 without the delay
1. tvs file starts ok. but if i want to go back while playing iget no response, i have to go back several times (blind) until homescreen
2. movpic ok. back on movpic overlay ok too
3. videos seem ok. (720p too)

so v168 with delay enabled
same files and same method
tvs and mov pic all files start with blackscreen, with normal video it was working.


general pic is old i used mad v0.90.24 and lav v68.1.31 with c-b, win10 still on 1511.

will try the bin roulette tomorrow or tonight

I'm on 14393.103 (windows insider on Dev PC) it is based on 1607 for sure.
HTPC is still in 1511 for now.

A nice hint: With aniversary update i gaint the 23hz, 24hz, 25hz and can now choose and switch to it, without any crashes. In beginning of installing of the new gpu i had some problems on swtiching resolution. I used www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html to cleanup the drivers in safe mode. As said in private chat joecrow, i hope this will help you maybe.

I revert back some put owner and moved repeat frame on pause on madVR C++ callback and added a lock to try to avoid deadlock when stopping a video.

Ps : BIN1 to 4 need to be tested on V168 but maybe try V169 directly to see if it works
