@joecrow can u please reduce the GPU buffers to lower than 8? and see, i am not sure if it will help, but u can try it. Reduce it to 4.

Which problem do you think this might help? Is the setting in the screenshot the one you mean?

Tried last version and reseted madvr settings complete and just used standard settings. But my problem with a slow stop (>15s) after watching a channel or series for long time is not solved. I tested this with TV and Series.

Seems if i'm the only one with the problem, i must think about to do a complete reinstall. I have no ideas anymore, maybe i try to go back to 1.15.0 and EVR for test. A bit unhappy with that, because the rest (3D,4K) is fine :) and just dont work with 1.15 EVR.

But did you try the madVR branch in EVR mode ? :)

Yes i tried. But it was quite similar. Tested this again with the last version and it wasn't better. i must look back the posts, but i hadn't this problem from beginning as i started to test madvr. So for me it started if remeber this correct shortly after installing RX 460. But I had a lot of changes after that and also the big windows update. So for now I really don't know where the problem comes from. If I have some time and motivation i will start some more tests.

@joecrow remind me please again, which vga was giving u OSD flashing? And if it is easy for u, please post a link to it so i can i inspect it.

@Sebastiii i got a new theory regarding flashing. I know that my previous theory failed but i got a good feeling regarding the new one.

I need to test a couple of things and then i will explain.

I have been testing this problem out too, and can confirm that the phenomenom of, the longer something is played the longer it takes to stop, is also happening to me in TV and TVS although it still seems much worse in OLV. I also tried with EVR both with and without the Internal DRC and see the same so decided to try with MPC-HC and again noted the problem. MPC-HC reports HW Play for some while after Stop is pressed before reporting "Stopped" again the delay is only noticible after a long playback period. I then deselected the External (68.1) LAV filters and used the earlier version Internal LAV filters supplied with MPC-HC (still using Madvr as renderer) and then the transition to Stopped is almost instantaneous, regardless of the legth of time the vid. was playing.
Looks like we may have a problem with the latest LAV:cautious:, @GeYe maybe you can confirm.

    UPDATE:-

Sorry, scratch that, I had the internal LAV set to DXVA2 (Native), when set correctly (for my GPU) to DXVA2 (Coppyback) the same phenomenom returned. More testing I believe.
