No more freeze problems on stop with V367.
Just noticed an issue with 3D TAB to 2D/2:35, however, see attached screenshot at the bottom, the same with 3D SBS is OK.

Are you able to test the bin i have posted for @daWooky for testing regression, it should works as before but with more logs (you can put both) and post log after few test

About 3D TAB and this sample, yep this is normal, i can change how madVR render video, i already ask to madshi, he will able to add 3D stuff TAB and SBS but not in priority so it will comes at time but don't know when lol.

So to workaround 3D TAB with video from eye right/left attached, Auto3D reword the video with EVR, it analyse the video and add blackbar (in fact it move the upper side higher and the bottom side lower so act like blackbar was added). And then it works

With madVR, we can't do it because it's madVR that does the rendering and what does Auto3D for EVR, madVR need to do it on his side
So 3D TAB works for video that are already correctly formatted in source (ie black bar in the middle between the 2 eyes).

but as i thought (and why i highlight the sub line sth. about those subs seems not right)
and in retrospect, I think they never loaded automatically with mphc sub engine..manually it worked but not loaded automatically.
on normal htpc with xysub set, the sub autoload still worked and how I first became aware that previously something was missing too...and maybe we're lucky and that's the same with you.

Auto-loading subs with MPC-HC engine, there is some option to set correctly, but to fully sure that i understand you, you can try to video that with log (between mpc-hc engine and xysubfilter )
But first, we need to resolve the long video start (from the first) i hope log can help

@joecrow you didn't reproduce the issue that @daWooky experience ?

Also there is one other bug that @HomeY reproduce it on his side, that i would like to know if it happen on your side guys (i wasn't able on my side)
It's to let running the video to the end (happen for sure for him with TsReader) for recordedTV and the video should stop by itself when it reach the end but in fact the stop command is not sent/detected.
Doing a stop from remote or keyboard stop and release madVR.

No, but my Desktop PC, which I'm using for this testing, does not have 3D capability, just a regular monitor, so no point in trying .mkv/mvc. Unfortunately WAF has dictated that I can no longer use my HTPC for testing.

I'll give it a go and take a look at playing a .ts to the end.

Has it always been that way, I never noticed it before?

Sorry i wasn't clear about the issue @daWooky experience, it was the issue that on first start video, the movie appear after 20/30 seconds

About 3D TAB, with madVR yes always like this after i have work on solution to handle OSD split, before that, Auto3D wasn't working but in EVR, it works ofc

I thought @daWooky had mentioned that problem in conjunction with 3D.mvc but whatever I am not seeing a delayed start problem with SD, HD or 4K vids (HD monitor) also no problem playing .ts etc to the end, though just used short 5min clips.
No changes/problems with the new core and helper so far.

i know, i and my half drunken early morning fault descriptions from hell ^^
so once again, latest problem was only with win1709 and mostly with lav set to none or c-b...and as seb told ya only on the first video it takes some time to display on screen... nothing to do with 3D
and about the subs, i think it is somehow connected but cant try right now...but just a simple error describtion... if mphc engine subtitle option is set to autoload on language prefs. they not loaded automatically as they should.
if set to xysub engine it still worked..so it would be nice if someone could try if subs are loaded automatically with mphc engine or not

@daWooky OK no problems, the test rig is at 1709 and I am using c-b but no delay problem with vids. I'll have a play with the subtittles and get back here.

thanks Joe, and a addition to reproduce the strange presentation delay problem... it occurs only once, at the first video playback after mediaportal was started.

Older madVR MP build works ok and MPC-HC player ?
I can see in log that it reset device and this make a delay, for example on multiscreen setup, starting MP to monitor1 and bring to monitor2 make the device to be reset and so lead to the same delay.

Does it happen in MP windowed too ?

Also Guys, i have noticed that the blackscreen is not fixed at 100% and also Auto3D analysing on some files lead to madVR crash, working on it but seems again pain in ass lol (marshaling stuff and thread are really not for me lol)
