Ok we can clearly see that here is the delay

when doing the rework and to avoid some crash when the D3D device is reset, i have move (in the correct/better section) the init of OSD instead on the subtitle side.But it seems somehow that introduce a delay somehow, i need to add more log to really knows what happen, i can't reproduce it so hard to pin point it lol.

but as i thought (and why i highlight the sub line sth. about those subs seems not right)
and in retrospect, I think they never loaded automatically with mphc sub engine..manually it worked but not loaded automatically.
on normal htpc with xysub set, the sub autoload still worked and how I first became aware that previously something was missing too...and maybe we're lucky and that's the same with you.
