[WiP] madVR support in MP1 (9 Viewers)

    The pause issue has always happened if we are getting a lot of drop frames etc. :(

    Strange things happened with V400. Pause of video playback not work at all - osd menu appears, video is paused at 1 second and go on :(

    Sorry but i go away to 1.18 standard on main HTPC - famyly needs their entertainment back. I will try to test on other machine but have no another 4k display.

    Could be nice to know if on other machine it does the same (even if it goes to 4k to 1080p), on my HTPC it's the case, i don't have 4K hardware but it keep running DXVA :)

    hey guys. tried v400 on fcu dx11 htpc and btw. nothing changed on fse side with recent win update dx11/or optimization option still needed for dx9 fse

    using DXVA and madvr OSD always show chroma->DXVA.
    seems to not keep madVR settings
    can reproduce the hevc problem easy and it seems more like lav native dxva2 isnt used anymore with hevc stuff somehow;)

    win option and dxva2 working....

    i guess ms fcu 162998 update changed hdr dx11... again but with mphc its still working...

    Ok so maybe related to FSE !!!!
    MPC-HC and MP didn't work the same way :
    - First C++ against C# for MP
    - MPC-HC works with DX11 against MP (DX9) (that maybe the big diff here)
    - MPC-HC didn't use all OSD stuff that MP use :p
    - Maybe we can do some comparaison with KODI (but kodi is using C++ and maybe DX11 too)

    On Insider Kodi and MP need to have Disable Fullscreen optimisation option checked : (so like FCU)

    And effectively, MP has changed compared to 1.18 to have the FSE 3D MVC working :p
    So in final guys, get ride on FSE option :)
    I can force this option to be OFF for MP, like this no more issue related to this :p (like DX11 from madVR is 10 bits, we are good) :p
