ya absolutely right it is also fse related again....without dxva2 works too

I can force this option to be OFF for MP

naw pls dont. disabling fse option in madvr isnt so hard

i havent tried with it so far but later tonight i will and try also on old 1703 htpc with dx9 fse

Good news i have found why DXVA failed but while doing testing FSE (on HTPC) i can trigger a deadlock in seek madVR method and not sure if i was able to do something about it

Attached bin (V403) should solve the FSE DXVA
It should maybe solve too the deadlock on seek when madVR is playing with screen (DRR + FSE), i have added the seek in a thread, i don't know to do it better but seems to works

just a short one... is 3D working for you in windowed mode? For me its not it switches to 3D but it is not really shown in 3D at all.
Are there any specific settings to get 3D working in windowed mode? FSE is working fine...

On my side 3D MVC DX11 (10bit) like this : (is working on my Nvidia 1050Ti)
Like this mode give me 10 bits, i can ride of FSE options

@rohnfe on win 1703 or 1709 with latest update? guess 1709
on my 1709 htpc 3d windowed seem similar broken. but somtimes it still works (like one from five 3d tries works or its ok) but mostly its not working.also compared with mphc and there its also always not real 3d windowed see sceen...so yep it changed again like with hdr mode also acting strange...ms dx11 quirks ... fse dx11 works
