[WiP] madVR support in MP1 (9 Viewers)

v464 Big problems with both TV and Videos (did not test further) hanging/not responding, easy to reproduce just play live TV/Stop/EPG/sel. another channel/Stop___hung. Simpler sequences also produce same result. In Vids, just selected a BD-J and menu, BD-J menu appeared very briefly then blackscreen, mouse disapeared, Win Button brought the BD-J menu back but hung. Attached log and screenshot is for the TV incident.
UPDATE:- Seems only a problem if MP is in fullscreen, on a quick test it seems OK when windowed.

Hi guys ! Can you do a test for me ? I have a problem after MP 1.18 final versions. When I play a bunch of videoclips in a folder (play all in selected folder),
the first video plays fine but all next has black screen with sound. It does that with all post 1.18 Final (Sebastiii madvr) versions.

Do we still need to copy the dshowhelper with 465? Cause shortcuts are no more working for me

No need to have dshowhelper with V465, i have included it for now in the full build

Hi, did have the pb but can you post logs to trying to see what happen ?
On my side for testing build, i have create a playlist in myvideo and i'm going to playlist view and load my playlist and all video is playing one by one (i have selected short sample) then like this i let running it for hours.

Maybe you run into FCU issue ? and needed to have it checked ?
