[WiP] madVR support in MP1 (12 Viewers)

OK. Its been a bussi day.

Windows 10 pro reinstalled on new hard drive from 0.
MP 133 madvr and lav

Madvr there is a new version v22

After setting up everything....

no change, no improvement .

Mouse situation still happens.
MP doesn't bring 3D image directly.
Mouse movement deactivates 3D and Recovers on removal of pointer.

So... don't focus on mouse movement. I even appreciate this function as if I move mouse, its helpfull to move on 2D Windows 10.

Lest focus on bring 3D image on video playback

Further to the problem I reported yesterday https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/threads/madvr-support-in-mp1.133972/page-171 I have found a number of additional videos in OV that consistantly fail in the same way. The failing videos have a common factor, namely, they are all 4:3, I have not found any that work in OV.. I do have some 4:3 material in TV Series but this plays without problem. The failing videos do play with EVR, mostly (approx. 3 out of 4), I did get a couple of plays with audio but black screen. All is not quite right.

Need to see why for OV because no clue but first i will focus on MP and try to resolve some issue.
I have found why when starting a video, it start in little window in top left corner.

Hello guys. Since I am using this Version of MP I am not able to watch video's using the online video's plugin. Im getting a massage; unable to start video. Is this a known issue? Otherwise I Will post some logs
