V403 and dxva upscaling resulted in sound but no picture error. As soon as i changed to Lanzcos ---> all ok. Here are the logs

on my 1709 htpc 3d windowed seem similar broken. but somtimes it still works (like one from five 3d tries works or its ok) but mostly its not working.also compared with mphc and there its also always not real 3d windowed see sceen...so yep it changed again like with hdr mode also acting strange...ms dx11 quirks ... fse dx11 works
Yeah i am on 1709 meanwhile... thanks for the info! Good to know i guess i`ll stay with FSE for now. To be honest i have seen no advantage in using Windowed mode by now. Can someone tell the main advantages using windowed mode ?

@rohnfe i have more issue on FSE than in fullscreen mode on my side, so it depend from point of view of each person
@daWooky your latest settings is better about the video freezing when grabbing is running i have noticed that making screenshot can make a little freeze, i have pushed a change that permit to do the screenshot async to avoid this, it seems to works good at least based on your settings

i tested the new bin, but its still the same. When MP is windowed it can upscale image using DXVA, but when MP is fullscreen i get sound but no picture. One thing that i noticed is that if you press stop in fullscreen, then in the top left side of the screen says DXVA processing surface failed ( or smth like this because its going of fast).
