Those white markings even have a name but I forgot it too^^ but it will be detected with cleanup cropping, no worries.
bb detection tick is just needed to enable the madvr zoom function... and also easy to automate it with a profile or shortcut
so in ya case may use sth like: if (srcHeight = 576) "cleancropp" for this tv crap 576 material.

Hi Seb, reporting in to say still no issues,have been on 451 since last post.

Sadly, since putting on v454 there have been 3 issues:

- BSOD during playback
- MP freeze
- MP sometimes doesn't show guide properly after stop, guide is blank.

It's really strange, could the change between 451 - 454 make such a difference? With 1 whole week of extensive usage with 450/1 without issues, I'd have to say it has. Unfortunately TV is not in my control but I will get some logs soon. Should I try the FCU workaround checkbox?

I was able to reproduce the TVGuide issue so hoping that it's fixed

It didn't crash during v456 testing (but maybe not long enough to know) but the missus groaned when the guide kept failing to load will check out v457 later on. Many thanks.

v457 on a quick check all seemed ok till I tried a 3D .mkv/mvc, played OK iin 3D but I got a blacksckreen on stop with no signal and had to hit the power button and reboot. Logs attached, ca 17.15 for the incident. Not reproducible, further attempts worked OK.
BTW is the improved BD-J included in this version, tried it but could only get it working on a non BD-J, others just seemed to hang after selecting "Menu".
